§ 16-24-16 Approved centers. – For the purpose of furnishing transportation and providing incidental expenses for the education of mentally retarded children under the age of eighteen (18), a center approved by the director of mental health, retardation, and hospitals shall be decreed to be a school as considered in this chapter.
