§ 28-14-26 Service of process. – Any sheriff or deputy sheriff requested by the director to serve summons, writs, complaints, orders, including any garnishment papers and all necessary and legal papers, within his or her jurisdiction, shall do so without requiring the director to advance the fees or furnish any security or bond.
