§ 28-39-17 Witness fees. –
Witnesses subpoenaed pursuant to chapters 39 – 41 of this title shall be
allowed fees at a rate fixed by the director. Those fees shall be deemed a part
of the expense of administering chapters 39 – 41 of this title.
