§ 37-15-18 Distribution of flyers on motor
vehicles on private property – Penalties. –
No person, corporation, partnership, or association shall cause to be or shall
distribute flyers on motor vehicles on private commercial property. Flyers
shall mean commercial advertising literature which shall include, but not be
limited to, advertisement of products or services, whether free or not; notices
of events of any type; solicitation of funds, services, signatures or
assistance of any causes; etc. Violators of this section shall be fined two
hundred dollars ($200), the proceeds of which shall go to the OSCAR fund.
