§ 42-125-3 Definitions. – As used in this chapter, the following words and terms have the following meaning unless the context indicates another or different meaning:
(1) "Council" means the state greenways council.
(2) "Greenway" means a corridor of protected open space
managed for conservation, recreation or transportation purposes.
