§ 44-20-3 Penalties for unlicensed business. – Any distributor or dealer who sells, offers for sale, or possesses with intent to sell, any tobacco products without a license as provided in § 44-20-2, shall be fined in accordance with the provisions of and the penalties contained in § 11-9-13.15.
