§ 45-46-7 Continuation of ordinances. – All lawfully adopted soil erosion and sediment control ordinances shall be brought into conformance with this chapter by July 1, 1991. Each city and town shall review its soil erosion and sediment control ordinance and make amendments or revisions that are necessary to bring it into conformance with this chapter.
