Senator Stephen R. Archambault

Senator Stephen R. Archambault (Democrat - District 22, Smithfield, North Providence, Johnston) was born on August 11, 1965 and is an attorney and owner of the Law Offices of Stephen R. Archambault. He also serves as Prosecutor for the Town of Lincoln and is a former police officer for the Town of Jamestown.

Senator Archambault earned his B.A. from American University in 1990; an M.S. in Justice from Salve Regina University in 1996; and his J.D. from the Roger Williams University School of Law in 2000.

Prior to his election to the Rhode Island Senate in 2012, Senator Archambault was a candidate for Rhode Island State Attorney General in 2010 and a member of the Smithfield Town Council from 2006-2012, serving as President of the Council from 2007-2008.
