§ 19-28.1-34 Severability. –
If a provision of this act or its application to a person or circumstance is
held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of this act that can be given effect without the invalid provision of
application. To this end the provisions of this act are severable. Further,
this chapter shall not apply to entities regulated by chapter 55 of title 5.
