§ 42-140-9 Adoption of rules. – The commissioner shall have the authority to adopt, amend, and implement such rules as may be necessary to desirable to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. In any rule making by the commissioner, the commissioner shall consider as a matter of record the advise of the energy resources council.
