§ 5-37-18.2 Penalty for violating §
5-37-18 or 5-37-18.1. –
Any person, firm or corporation, who violates any of the provisions of §
5-37-18 or 5-37-18.1 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100)
for each violation.
